Angel Food provides very affordable grocery items to ANYONE!  It doesn't matter if your household income is a lot or not so much.  Angel Food Ministries want everyone to take advantage of their low prices.  They offer a "box" of food staples:  over 7 lbs of meat, frozen meals, milk, eggs, cheese, veggies, fruits, desserts for the low price of only $30.  I just looked at July's menu and it sounds good..they are offering a lot less processed foods than they have in the past.  They are now also offering an Allergy - FREE menu, which is great if you are a gluten-free household.  Each month the menu changes and you can view it on line.  You can also purchase specialty boxes of meats, fruits/veggies in addition to your standard box.

The meals are distributed through churches.  Visit their site to find a location near you.  You can order once or every month, it is extremely flexible.  Just order by your location's deadline and arrive to pick up at your designated pickup day and time.  It's a great way to supplement your grocery budget.
