I bought the pork cutlet steaks that were on sale at Publix this past week and cooked them tonight for dinner.  I just threw this recipe together with ingredients I already had in my pantry/frig and it was surprisingly yummy!  If you have some budget and time friendly recipes, please share.  I will add a navigation tab for RECIPES!

Easy Pork Steaks with Sweet Rosemary Mustard Sauce

1 package of Pork cutlet steaks (there were 4 in my package)
bread crumbs (you can use whatever you have on hand, mine were plain panko, so I added a little garlic salt, paprika, pepper and parmesan cheese)
flour
1 egg beaten, mixed with 2 tbsp water

Season pork with a little salt and pepper, dip in egg wash, dip in flour, shake off excess, then dredge in bread crumbs.....cook in a skillet or griddle pan in a little oil about 6-8 min. on med high, turning midway.

For the sauce, I mixed sour cream, mustard, a little honey, worchestershire sauce, garlic salt, pepper and some fresh rosemary from our garden.  Sorry, I didn't measure, but just taste to see when you get it perfect.  Heat it through and pour over pork steaks!  I paired it with mashed potatoes and sauteed spinach....Dinner was ready in 15 minutes!  Enjoy :)
